Does this book tell you how to set a computer up and what tools you need to work with Flex?

Hi Mike,

The book does assume you have previous experience with web development in some capacity so topics like setting up a computer are beyond the scope of the book. Having said that, the first chapters are an introduction to Flex 2, and the tools used.
