At least three people tested this code: Nicholas, the tech editor, and myself. It worked two years ago. It was developed using PHP 4 and MySQL 3.

I just confirmed that replacing the JSON files (for PHP and JavaScript) fixes the issues. As I posted in another thread, my setup is as follows:
PHP 4.4.9 (fresh install)
MySQL 5.1 (fresh install and used OLD_PASSWORD() to work with PHP 4)
IIS 5.1
Any other problems you're having with the application lies within your environment.
