Ch.7 - Autosuggest example - Exception Error

I am new too Ajax and Json processing, have used Php and MySQL alot. Having an issue from the Autosuggest example that causes IE7 to display the following error. Line: 105 Char: 13 Error: Exception thrown and not caught. This happens as soon as I enter a character in the State field. Suggestions.php has the database information set correctly.
