So far so good with the book, I've gotten up to page 60-ish where examples start appearing. Unless I spaced out and missed it, I'm confused about how I can test these examples.

How do I get a development tool setup and how can I deploy these examples?

Perhaps there is a page in the alfresco wiki that describes how to get setup and how to deploy these files so I can see them working?

Any pointers would be appreciated.
