Exclamation Android Emulator error
Every time I try and run or debug a program I wrote in Eclipse Gallileo (on Vista SP2) it comes up with this error:
"Failed to upload To Do List.apk on device 'emulator-5554'
java.io.IOException: Unable to upload file: timeout
Launch canceled!"

What's happening and how can I fix it??
