Default To Do List Example Crashed

One quick question first. How do you delete a post on this forum. I made a previous post and then realised the answer but don't know how to delete the post.

I have entered the To Do List example up to the end in chapter 6. It worked at each step along the way. After the final step it worked for a while. Even remove item worked at first. Then there were a couple of unexpected occasions where it crashed. When I reloaded it worked but not the remove item. I restarted the computer and now I can't get Eclipse to run this or even another test program that I had entered. The name of my To Do List is mmc2android4. I get the following messages from Eclipse -
[2009-05-18 21:34:02 - mmc2android4] WARNING: Unknown device API version!
[2009-05-18 21:34:02 - mmc2android4] Failed to upload mmc2android4.apk on device 'emulator-5554': Unable to open sync connection!

Help Please

Further to this issue, I turned the computer off overnight. This morning Eclipse will load and run the app. Mostly remove item doesn't work but occasionally it will remove an item but the wrong one. I haven't been able to find a pattern to this behaviour yet. Thanks to Sierawsk for your reply.
