Is there any indication when or whether the links in this book will be fully functional? Most of the links I have tried result in HTTP 404 errors (e.g., http://aka.ms/ScrumGuide - the first link from Ch. 12).

These just so happened to be three I tried from chapter 11. You should probably search the text for all aka.ms links and verify them. They appear to be hit and miss, or in my case, miss and miss. On a good note, the ScrumGuides link does work.
