Default Forum expanded to cover new 1.1 edition
I'm expanding the forum description to cover both the 1.0 editions and the new 1.1 edition. The 1.0 and 1.1 editions are similar enough (all the code is updated in 1.1, plus some new security and Windows 2003 Server coverage) that it makes sense to have them in both groups for the sake of the moderators and others who help out with question answers. Be sure to indicated your version when posting.
