How to create components in ASP.Net?(Urgent)

I am new to ASP.Net.. I want to know how can i create a component in ASP.net.. Actually I am creating a graph component. For that component i need to have the flexibility of making it as a Toolbox item and can even strech it in the run time..

Can anyone help me in this regard? I will be waiting eagerly for the reply..
