Chapter 26 XML Web Services - error handing?

Adding A Web Reference.

I keep getting this error:

"The HTML document does not contain Web service discovery information."

Is the webservice I'm hitting not setup correctly?

Also it seems all the Wrox examples IN THE BOOK CODE are down:
