Hi,

I have found sample code useful, however many of sample code supplied for each chapter does not include solution file. For example, in chapter 12 (Dynamic Data) sample code does not include the solution file (*.sln). I have tried to create a empty project and import files into the project but getting errors. Tried similar steps in some earlier chapter.

Is there any reason to exclude the solution file? How to overcome this issue?
