Ch. 4 - Domain Model

With the downloaded code, I had to make a change to the code behind code for Default.aspx.

I had to change the name of the method btnWithdraw_Click to btnWithdrawal_Click to match what was in Default.aspx as well as what was in the book (pg. 86).
