I know I should be on MVC 2 at least, but I bought this book at Borders' going out of business sale. I thought it would be good, but ...

I'm using Visual Studio 2008 and downloaded the MVC 1.0 template.

At the bottom of page 24, when I drag the Dinners and RSVP tables on to the SQL Designer surface, I get the ERD diagram with the Dinner and RSVP tables . But no Dinner or RSVP classes are created.

I am unable to proceed with the book!
So when I go the the next page, I don't know where to put in code as in Figures 1-47 and 1-48.

This is frustrating because this is not even a problem with MVC.
Please help.
