PDF copy of book
I purchased this book with the assumption that the paperback version would contain a link to where I could grab a PDF version, like so many other books do. I didn't want a Kindle version, because I want to open the PDF on monitor 1 for reading and then when it is example time work the examples on monitor 2 while the book is still open on monitor 1.
With physical books this is difficult to do, especially since I've hurt my back and have rigged up a stand-up desk at home, putting my monitors on top of the hutch of my computer desk.
I can scan in and send a copy of the receipt from the paper copy if needed.
