Chapter 4 After Seeding DB

I am getting this error after I override the Seeding class and then trying to run the application. The application runs, but whenever I try to enter localhost:<port>/StoreManager I get this error:

I don't understand what I did wrong... I did everything according to the book ( as much as possible ) but I'm stuck here..
