I cannot find Internet Application template

Hi All

I am following through the examples on the book.
However, I cannot find Internet Application template when I am learning Chapter 2 by creating a new project or website.
By the way, I am using VS Express 2013 for Web.

Can anyone help me out?

I also tried the go online and find templates link but with no luck.
