Default Where do you find the Books and Formula1 DBs

Does anyone know where the to find the databases used in Professional C# 2012 and .NET 4.5 chapter 33 (Books & Formula1)?

Sorry I missed your question for so long.
In the sample download for this chapter you'll see the files Demodatabase.bak and Formula1.bak. These are backup files of the database. You can do a restore from these files using SQL Server 2012 Management Studio.
