Default Where did the Appendicies go? - 3rd ed
I have a copy of the 3rd edition.

I was looking in the index for templates, and found them listed on page 1258. I dutifully went to look at that page, only to discover that my book went from page 1136 to 1307. I am missing the entirety of the appendicies. Are they somewhere online I could get them?

Just got to www.wrox.com and look for the code download for your book. You will find all appendicy files.
