Question How to get Port Name and Port details

Hello Friends,

I am working C# one project.
In this project I am using one hardware device for some process and it's connected with COM port.
My question is How I can get device connected port name using C# code?
or I just want to show this COM (eg - COM1,COM2,COM3,COM4)port connect my device.

How I can retrieve COM PORT NAME????????

I am trying lot of thing but i didn't get any output
Please Help me.
