The book refers in many places to C++ Standard Library Reference which users can find on www.wrox.com. But apparently, I can't find it anywhere on wrox web site. Can someone provide appropriate link or contact authors for the resolutions?

Marc, unfortunately you did not answer the question. The provided link only provides code snippets, while original question was about author's reference to Standard Library Reference resource which they claim in a book in many places. Authors only provide a link to www.wrox.com where this resource can be found, and I can't locate it over there. For specific example see pages 68, 377, 425, etc.

The provided link provides more than only code snippets.
For example, the first 2 downloads are 2 bonus chapters, one of which is the Standard Library Reference you are looking for.

Marc, thanks, now I see that, from link description it is far from obvious and I only downloaded "Full Code Download" and assume I got everything. Hope others will see this thread and will avoid this confusion.

I know, it might not be that clear. Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do about that. It's the publisher's website.
