Default help getting started

I would like to use Eclipse. I have tried various things, but getting it working is tough. Currently I installed winbuilds. Now it tells me make.exe not found in path. I can't find it in that folder. I want to use C++11 features. I also want the ability to do cross platform so I chose Eclipse. Any help would be appreciated.

Unfortunately, I cannot help you with Eclipse problems.
Maybe you should post your question on some Eclipse specific forum.
