Default Empty Pencil Icon Box
Throughout the book, there are several empty boxes withe pencil icons!!!

What is this for? The conventions tells that the pencil box is for notes, tips, hints, tricks. So what is the empy box for?

Page 24, 25, 47....has empty box with pencil icon. You dont see it? Thanks.

Default Defective book....
I am assuming your book is somehow defective... mine does show contents on those boxes. I don't have any empty boxes.

Satind: I've checked the pages you list in both the print book and the ebook (PDF) and the boxes are good and have the text they should. Can you email me ([email protected]) and we'll dig into this further to see what the problem is.
