Question WinCV

On page 16 it mentions WinCV and indicates it will be discussed in Chapter 16. However, I don't see any discussion of WinCV in Chapter 16. Can someone tell me what page(s) the WinCV discussion is on?

This note on page 16 was missed for removing it. wincv only shipped with older versions of the framework.
