Hi there, I'm enjoying your book and getting a lot out of it!

One thing, though, and I apologize if I'm just missing it:
A getCategoriesDropDown() function, which is called inside create() for creating the admin product page (p 171), is never built or explained. I checked the index, and found only one reference to it -- page 171. While I was able to dig the function out of the zip file and follow its logic, it really ought to be in the book, no?

Again, apologies in advance if I'm simply missing it.

hmmmm, interesting. I don't have a copy of the book with me at the moment, but I seem to recall writing about it somewhere....
