Default I wish I could see order details in the back-end

I wish two things if there is the second edition of this book.

1. I want to see the order details in the back end. Currently there is none.
I want to see the name, id, address, details of orders etc.

2. I want to see another gateway solutions, not only google account.
Google account is available only for US and UK, so outside these two countries, there is no way we can use them.

I hope there will be the second edition.
