Default Template - parameters

This is probably a very easy question for you guys so i hope you can help.
I am using Crystal v8.5 and have put 2 parameter fields in my report. I would like to firstly bring up each parameter seperately and also have them in a customised template rather than the standard crystal one.
Could any one please advise me on this, I would really appreciate it.

Thanks:)
