Crystal report font display error in PDF

Hi,

I am using RAS 9.2 & CrystalReportViewer 11 (JRC), my problem is that: Unicode is displayed well when I view report (HTML) but when I export to PDF, Unicode font is not correct, it is in format: #xxxx;

Is there anyone can help me.
