Default To generate fixed size frames in Crystal Report XI

I am designing a Crystal Report to print Identity Cards. The data for each card varies dynamically(increases or decreases) but I need to keep the size of card fixed.
Is there any control in CR XI which enables me to have fixed sized frames.
