Default Having a bit of problems in here

I'm newbe with web programming and I have a problem with the IIS
I'm reading your book and try to follow your programming on my computer. I try to follow step by step with your instructions, but I try to wright a different module, I called it MyContact, and put it in MyContact folder. yesterday I closed the solution for the first time and I today I tried to reopen it and I got the message:
"The local IIS URL http://localhost/dnn/DesktopModules/MyContact specified for web project MyContact has not yet been configured. In order to open this project the virtual directory need to be configured. would you like to create the virtual directory now?

when I press on the "yes" button I get the message:
Creation of the virtual directory failed with the error: the URL http://localhost.... is already mapped to a different folder location.

I also tried to define the MyContact as a virtual directory using the IIS, I still can't open the solution. what can I do to open the solution?

thank for your answer
