Byron: Our tech support contacted me with your issue Friday monring and I responded to them the same morning. I'm not sure why they didn't provide you this update but here it is publicly:
- There was a server outage in the Wiley Indy data center Thursday night that was still not resolved when I left the office at the end of the day Friday.
- The Wiley Indy IT staff including the main guy who maintains our DRM-free PDF watermarking system had been working on this 24 hours without break when I left Friday
- Unfortunately, because that datacenter outage is affecting several hundred employees, it was a higher priority for IT than fixing the watermark server (and it's possible that the 2 are related and the data center issue has to be fixed for the watermarks to be placed right)
So, I'm sorry you felt like you were ignored and Monday I'll check with support and see why they didn't give you an update. We will get this file fixed for you and I hope when I hit the office in the morning, the servers will be running and lots of co-workers will be productive and happy.
