NumPy and SciPy Support Revisited
There are still some problems with NumPy and SciPy support in IronPython. I haven't been able to reproduce these problems on my system, but I've heard from a few readers that have. If you're still encountering problems with NumPy and SciPy support with your setup, make sure you read my blog post at http://blog.johnmuellerbooks.com/2012/10/15/numpy-and-scipy-support-in-ironpython-27---an-update.aspx for details on fixing the problem. Unfortunately, it appears that you'll need to make a choice whether to use the latest version of IronPython or obtaining NumPy and SciPy support for the moment . I'll let you know when there is a better solution available. Please continue to write me at [email protected] with your comments and suggestions for my book.
