Default Source code for chapter 9
Hi,
I'd like to get a source code for the Velocity based MailManager described in chapter 9. As you state on page 360 the more detailed source code listing should be on this web site. I can't find it.

Could you please send me the source code if you haven't realeased it with the other sample sources?
