Hi all, I am starting the part II: adding Spring ... and I am facing a problem when removing the index.jsp file, in this case I always get a 404 error. I have tried with several projects and I always get the same error and everything looks ok in the bootstrapping, application context etc. Do you have any advice for me? It is happening only in some projects like Chapter 13 Spring-Forms project

You should look at the web.xml file. It will have a list of welcome files. You can specify the default filename to look for instead of index.jsp.
