Talking The better method to learn solidly ?

First of All...So sorry for the pOOOOOOOr English...lol

Since 2 months ago,
I'm studying the book (JS For Web Developers 2), but it is really hard to fix the matter.

The Question:

There are a way to fix it(Book' matter) solidly by exercices or another method ?

I really thankfull the reply in advance!!
