I think code doesn't need to be quoted in either the try or catch blocks. (the greyed out code shown prior to loadScriptString method)
It's a variable after all...

You also have a typo in the table on P394 : back lash : back slash !

P453 also has an error : change whereas setting to whereas getting!

P456 has extremely poorly worded bullet point. 'This includes input elements with a type of image.'
Does this relate to the submit button being send, or no submit buttons being sent?!

P469 When using Safari on a Mac, you don't get to the Show develop menu in menubar checkbox via the Edit menu. You get to it via the Safari menu (Safari 5.0.2)
