Just a note of thanks to Nicholas Zakas for producing a 3rd edition of this excellent book, which I've just bought. As well as the additional content, the new edition has many improvements in the formatting/layout and a more comprehensive index than the 2nd edition. Thorough notes throughout about browser compatibility are invaluable. I'll certainly recommend this book to others.
