Default where is operator precedence discussed?

I cannot find either 'precedence' or 'operator precedence' in the index of the book, neither can I find where it is discussed. Not having the e-book I can't just do a search.

Is this topic discussed in the book? If so, where?

BTW, I can't find 'associativity' or 'operator associativity' either.

TIA
