Has anyone been successful in getting the demo code for Chapter 3 to work? I get the app to deploy, the SL control displays in SharePoint, I can select a Likert option and hit submit and after a while the message "The Survey list has been updated" displays. However, "Answer" never receives a value. My first question is this: how do I know if the webservice is ever being called?
