I have an SSIS package that creates Excel spreadsheets. I run an OLEDB procedure that previews fine but when I display my Excel sheet-the first 50 or so lines have nulls until the actual data displays.

Any ideas on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

I think you can use the "Derived Column" data flow transformation to format your data before writing it over to excel. It is taught in Chapter 8, if you do the exercise in chapter 8 you will know what I mean, hope this helps, I can see no one is answering question in forums anymore sighhhhhh ....
