Default Does Example for Fig 8-2 exist

I have downloaded the sample code for the book and cannot find the example shown on page 229. I can get the entire example to work except the heading in the lower left corner.

It shows "Accessories continued" on all pages. What am I doing wrong.

Is it correct that there isn't a single erata for this entire book?

I believe the example on Page 229 is called Products by Category and Subcategory in the Chapter 8 folder of the downloaded reports. Of course, your post is from 02/09 and I only downloaded these recently (10/09) so this may have been updated in the interim. However, I note that the footer still shows "Accessories" on all pages -- did you ever solve this problem?

Before I realized the reports are almost identical, I started a separate thread concerning the example in Figure 6-29 on Page 150. I have not been able to get this to work as shown. I mention in that thread that I can get the step format for the group headers to work but can't get the group header merged wit the cells to the right in order to span multiple columns. (Actually, I did get it to work once a week or so ago but can't recreate it. However, there were other problems with that attempt, such that I couldn't get the column headers to repeat on every page.)

If you are still following this forum and are able to fill me in on the steps you used to create this format, I would appreciate it.
