Post Windows Authentication

I am developing reports in Sql Server 2008 for my organisation, and then i like to use VB6 as a client, I like to put Internet Control on the form and then access reports thru URL. not all the user have windows id because we are replicating our application thru CITRIX Meta Frame Server. is it possible we set one Windows User ID which will fixed for that application and who ever comes thru that ID resources can be used in reporting services as per that user id? In a short form CAN I FIXED any EXECUTION user id in the report of folder?
