Hi, I have been going through this book and have come across an issue.

In chapter 8 page 262 the book refers to a report in the sample 'Products by Category - Table with Groupings and Drillthrough'. I cannot find this report in the BIDS solution. Also, it isn't listed in the folder under Windows Explorer. I tried to recreate it using the Products by Category. However, when I come to link to the Product Details report, that is missing too.

Any help would be appreciated.
