Default Syntax errors in sample scripts
I ran into a few syntax issues with Chapter 9 scripts: (Create ChangeWindow Trigger.sql & db_version.sql) and then found no text within script: (Create PreventChangeTrigger.sql). I haven't received the book yet so I am not certain if some of these are intentional.
