In Chapter 13 the ODBC example requires database ci15au07.dbf. This database does not seem to come with the code files in the download. Has anyone acquired this database?
Database ci08au12.dbf is available in Zip file at:
http://www.nws.noaa.gov/geodata/cata...tml/cities.htm.
For the sake of the example, any DBF file will do, but the above provides the city list intended for the example, plus it is interesting to query.
