Page 255 gives instructions on creating an AMO-based console application. Step 2 instructs creating a new project by selecting Visual C# under installed templates. This does not appear to be available in the SSDT version I downloaded to work through the book, though Help > About Visual Studio shows that Microsoft Visual C# 2010 is installed.

Is there any way to add the Visual C# template?
