Default Video capture modules

Hi all,
I have been working with Phidget devices and their applications exercices following the 17th chapter of the book: Home Automation Applications. Now, I would like to include in my device some video functionalities like the video capture of the videocomposed signal from a PAL camera.
There are a lot of video capture modules with PCI bus interface on the market, but I haven't found any of them with a Windows CE library support.
Does anybody know or has some experience working in WinCE with someone of these modules?
Thanks in advance.
