Default NMD UI not present in catalog

page no 295.
It was given that we can add NMD UI component to the OS deisgn,from the following folder \core OS\CEBASE\Graphics and Multimedia Technologies\Media into the cataloge items of our OS design.But i couldnt find that file in the media folder.How to custamize my UI using NMD UI?

One more question please help me with some links where i study from scratch how to custamize the UI of the Windows Embedded CE 6.0.
