Mobile application for Kirundi Bible

I have Kirundi bible in a PDF file with all verses and chapters how can i develop a mobile application to access it. (Android IOS Windows Phone). Any book or Tutorial? Help me!

Hey Ngupange,
I am glad we have the same goal, I was searching somebody who can help me to make this application for android, apple products ans WP. but first of all I would like to have a bible text in Kirundi. I asked friends but nobody could hep me, I don't know how I came across thsi web site and read your post. if you want we can work together if it doesn't bore you. reply
