Chapter 11 - ProposalManager sourec code does not build

I am going through the book Professional SharePoint 2007 Development ISBN 9780470117569 Chapter 11. With the source code download there is a C# project for the ProposalManager. But I cannot get this csproj to import into VS2008.

Do you have an updated version of this project in VS2008 that I could use ? I am having some difficulty manually recostructing the project in VS2008 without any guidance.

I would appreciate your help very much.
