Default FTP site for examples or File to load

ftp.wrox.co.uk is no longer in existence. I there an alternate site or is there a file to download so I can use the UNC path method.

Regarding the resolution ...

The book implies that this ftp site really IS meant for usage - see instructions on page 132 which read

"Start the project ... no login credentials will be needed to login to the FTP site".

The resolution provided is dismissive and unhelpful!
